Instructions
What you need:
- 300g Yam
- 1500ml Water
Toppings:
- 100g Dried shrimp
- 200g Fried shallots
- Red chillies
- Spring onion
Steps
- Steam yam for 15 minutes until cooked.
- Mix premix flour and water.
- Sieve mixture and add in cooked yam.
- Cook over low heat until mixture is thickened.
- Pour into 9″ tray and steam for 30 minutes.
