Instructions
What you need:
- 300g butter
- 5 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 3 tbsp brandy (optional)
- 100ml milk
Instructions:
- Beat softened butter with sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one by one and beat well.
- Add in vanilla essence, sugee, almond, and brandy.
- Sieve in premix flour with milk in portions.
- Bake in 8″ cake tray for 50 mins in 180°C.
