Instructions

What you need:

5 eggs
500g mashed banana
125ml vegetable oil/melted butter

Instructions:

Beat egg and sugar until fluffy
Fold in premix flour
Add in mash banana and vegetable oil, then mix well
Pour batter into 9″ tray, and steam for 45 minutes or until cooked.
