Red peach cake, also known as P’ng Kuih, is a small teardrop-shaped Chinese pastry. It is made with sticky rice flour skin wrapped over a delicious savoury filling of rice, peanuts, mushrooms, and shallots. It is well known in Teochew cuisine.
