What you need:
250g butter
5 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
Instructions:
- Beat butter with sugar until light.
- Beat in egg one at a time, add vanilla essence.
- Sieve and fold in premix flour until well combine.
- Divide batter in half, add coco mix into one of the batter and mix well.
- Scoop in batter in turns into 8″cake tin.
- Bake in oven at 180°C for 50 minutes.
