What you need:
250g butter
5 eggs
250g mashed banana
Instructions:
- Separate egg white and egg yolk.
- Beat egg white with 5tbsp sugar until stiff and set aside.
- Beat butter and sugar until light.
- Add in egg yolk one at a time and beat well.
- Add in mashed banana.
- Sieve in premix flour and mix well, fold in beaten egg white.
- Bake in 9″ cake tin at 180°C for 50 minutes.
