What you need:
620ml water
(B)
600ml water
600ml coconut milk
3 pandan leaves
Instructions:
- Soak 620ml water with premix flour for 4 hours.
- Add in (B) and sieve mixture.
- Cook mixture and pandan leaves on stovetop until thick and bubbled up.
- Pour mixture onto 9″ tray, lined with banana leaf, and bake at 190°C for 90 minutes.
- Leave it to cool completely before serving.
