Instructions
What you need:
- 200ml Golden syrup
- 3 Eggs
- 300g Coconut milk
Instructions:
- Beat eggs, sugar and sugar syrup until slightly thickened, then beat in coconut milk.
- Seive and fold in flour.
- Pour into 9″ tray or small muffin cups.
- Steam 9″ tray for 45 minutes or small muffin cups for 25 minutes.
